LADC: Tischer Therapeutic Services new Substance Use Disorder Program (TTS SUD) is looking to hire an independently licensed LADC with experience in providing adolescent and adult treatment. TTS SUD is a Minnesota Licensed SA/CD outpatient treatment facility (formerly known as Rule 31). We provide a family enviornment with flexible hours and support
The LADC provides group therapy and individual counseling services to persons with co-occurring substance use and mental health issues. Must be authorized to provide adolescent evaluation and treatment.
This position is also responsible for delivering engaging, culturally sensitive services to clients and their families, and for managing and communicating the details about client funding.
Qualifications for the Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC):
Minnesota LADC or ADC-T.
Energized by working with diverse clientele.
Enthusiastic team player.
Excellent communication, customer service, and case management skills.
General computer proficiency, including MS Office and electronic health records.
MN DHS background clearance.
CPR and HIPAA certification prior to providing treatment.
Previous experience in the treatment setting.
A knowledge of chemical dependency treatment principles required.
Continuing freedom from chemical use problems.
The knowledge and understanding of the implications of parts 9530.6405 to 9530.6505 (Rule 31), and Minnesota Statutes, chapter 245A (Human Services Licensing Act – HSLA), sections 626.556 (Maltreatment of Minors Act – MOMA), 626.557(Vulnerable Adults Act – VAA), and 626.5572 (VAA Definitions)
